By Entering In Any Competition Client Must Read Our All Rules Of Competition:-

1. Competition Starting Date, Last Registration date and End date( result Announcement date) will be Strictly Followed by Art Chitrakala.
2. Registration date or Result Announcement Date will be Change and Art Chitrakala have Authority Changes/modifications with Date of Events.
3. Our All Judges are verified with their expertise in their Specific Filed. Client or user Can’t Interfere/Claim on those Juries/judges. 
4. All the copyright rights belong to the respective artists who have submitted the art.  

Refund Can’t Proceed in following Cases with Art Chitrakala-

1. If there is any Modification in Starting Date, Last Registration date and End date client/ Customer Can’t Claim Refund.
2. There Competition Work/Photo Not posted/Featured on Art Chitrakala Social Media Account. This is Complementary Service if we featured anyone’s Work. Customer Can’t Claim Refund if there Work is Not featured on our Platform.
3. After payment if Customer or Client didn’t Find Upload link of competition Customer Can’t Claim Refund. 
4. Art Chitrakala don’t anyone to register more than 1 Registration with Respective Competition if Any one Does that. Customer Can’t Claim Refund if he want Refund for remaining Registration.
5. If any Participant is facing any type of personal issues(Borrow Money from Someone, Get into Competition without financial permission of Parents(For Under Minor age Customers) then customer can’t claim the refund once paid the amount. 
6. Client can report a complaint if he/she is not liking our services so that we can improvise it but can’t claim any refund for that.
7. Client/Participant can’t claim refund if he/she does not agree with the judgement made by the professional jury panel.
8. In any type of other cases the refund will be initiated by cutting down the required taxes from the paid amount (30% to 40% Depends on The Competition). This will be as per government rules and regulations for the proprietary firm.

The following organizations may link to our Web site without prior written approval:
